500 miles in January - team challenge
Take part in our 500 mile challenge this January with a team of four or five.
Whether it's lunch time walks, evening runs, or weekend hikes, count up your daily steps throughout January and aim for a collective distance of 500 miles.
Every mile you walk goes the extra mile for patients and our local communities, supporting mental health, learning disability and autism services.
